When you order multiple skeins of the same color in a single transaction, our warehouse team makes every effort to pull from the same dye lot to ensure color consistency across your project.
What is your return policy for yarn and supplies?
We accept returns of unused, unopened yarn skeins in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital patterns and opened kits are non-refundable.
