  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to print a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the yarn in its original packaging or a sturdy box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
